So, I have been a leeeettle bit delinquent in updating our blog. Just a teeny-weeny bit... It's been quite a challenge at home with my mom back in the Philippines and Rico and I are both left with a kamikaze who just started day care this August.

It hasn't been easy but we just got back into the groove of proofing and editing our images and shooting more weddings this summer. I'm going to have some new blog entries in the next couple of days but in the meantime, please enjoy this powerful video of Matt Harding who's taken the simple joy of dancing to celebrate beauty, to celebrate nature, to celebrate art and to celebrate life!
Where the Hell is Matt? (2008)
I'm not ashamed to admit that I cried when I first saw this video. The humanity is overwhelming and it really makes you wonder how much we're destroying our planet and our lives for no valid reason. None.
Matt worked in the gaming industry and a sarcastic joke about shoot 'em up games led Pandemic Studios to develop the game "Destroy All Humans" and he was partially credited for the concept. He decided to quit his job as he did not want to spend years of his life writing a game about killing. Instead he decided to travel and "dance like nobody's watching". Well, we're all watching and I wish I had danced with him when he danced on English Bay last year.
