We love how our clients are really taking on the engagement sessions as a reflection of who they are as wonderful individuals and who they are as inspiring couples. And we couldn't be more excited when Warren and Roxy sent us a list of everything that they wanted to incorporate in the shoot! Unfortunately, the weather was not ideal for everything we had planned, we did a last minute location change and time ran out on us but we still ended up with an awesome session!
The lush forest of North Vancouver has been a favorite location for our clients of late. We can't complain especially when it serves such a serene background. And it's even more perfect when you have clients who leave the warmth of sunny California for the natural beauty of Vancouver, the place that Roxy and Warren has come home to.
We pretty much had the forest to ourselves and it made the moment more hauntingly beautiful with Warren's talent in making his violin sing.

We did a bit of playing around with Warren and his camera, capturing his favorite subject, Roxy.
Yeah, these two are just pros in front of the camera.
... and Warren was bringing it! Whoa!
We had planned to have a few fun shots on the slopes. But if the Winter Olympics had to make do with the mild weather, so can we!
And what snow would NOT melt with these two???
After over an hour out in the cold, Roxy and Warren decided to warm it up a bit more indoors... like the bathroom. Haha!
I hope you enjoy the rest of the images from our session!

Warren and Roxy, you are both awesome to work with! Even though we missed some of our planned shots, it just makes us even more excited for the wedding day itself!
